Why would the dude have a shitty capture of the video if he claimed he had the direct? If he had it he would have sent people more than just a crappy recording zoomed in. This could just be Source Film Maker, recorded off a monitor onto a phone... which is what it looks like.
Short yes, I do think this is real however as the color scheme brightens up as he faces the screen, something that all reveals do and that coonmonger said would happen
