Pleading guilty to any charge has that effect. I'd have to see the actual transcripts and file to form an opinion.

The sentencing hearing was recorded and as such the court won't provide transcripts. The recording was posted, but idk if it's still up.

The brash nature of the hearing and the judges attitude towards Sisk was enough to warrant the vast amount of support we received.

Looking at the website, it appears the girl was charged but not tried, and the DA produced nudes of Sisk that were sent to the girl?

Again, they weren't proven to be nudes of Sisk, but we're required to say that they are or Sisk gets in trouble with probation.
