What the heck, @DenFurCO? Cool with the people that dropped your precursor con just lollygagging around like it's nothing?

Not sure what there is to "watch", considering who it is. I'm guessing they'll be fine attending, too?
As a super patron who spent last year convincing ppl to attend this con, I'd appreciate something more than "we're aware" as that sounds fairly complicit. My party of friends no longer wants to attend. "It's just going to be another RMFC." Please give me something to work with.

Joined the DenFur SFW telegram. Noticed that the rules are functionally,stacked to levy a ban against anyone that might complain about there being a known neo-Nazi hanging around acting as a greeter. With the same dogwhistle "no politics" verbage that the Nazifurs themselves use.

Makes me more than a hair wary about what I'm getting into, attending an international con set on the foundation of RMFC, when after everything RMFC went through, its successor is still pretty cool with having the likes of the Raiders functionally manning its door.

To be fair, no Nazi is holding a formal position in comms. They're tolerating the Nazi that installed himself there unofficially. I've talked at length with Bryant and others, concluded that me and my group will no longer be attending DenFur - Reg cancellation remains unsettled.

Don't worry, even though several folks ended up banned from the DenFur official Telegram group, we have our own non-official Telegram group, so that we can organise meetups at the event and things like that. It will be good. In fact, as the staff can't see it, it will be great.
