Last note: I know a lot of folks I disagree with on politics that I’m still happy to call friends. I know folks where our disagreements are great enough I have no interest in being their friend, but they aren’t hurting others so I shrug and just don’t associate with them. /1
Frankly I was pretty okay with “I don’t like them, they don’t like me. That’s fine.” And honestly, I’m still fine with that on my end. I have a loving family, good friends, and a great community. I’m too busy with the good to worry about some chucklefucks.
Definitely, I'd rather have friends who can tell me what I'm doing wrong.
