This is Trump's strategy to secure his core base: be as racist and extremist as you can. Making the issue of the detained pastor in Turkey a make or break point was a part of the same strategy. Apparently, the less religious part of his base needed some racism. Here it goes.

The lyrics are written by Abu Nawas was a great poet from the Abbasid period. He was known for his excessive drinking of wine. He is believed to have written this upon his pilgrimage. All this tell us we had more tolerant Muslim societies centuries ago.

Sami Yusuf's eid gift is another masterpiece. What makes Sami's works amazing is his simple but smart reminder of how we used to be. Once upon a time, we used to celebrate difference. It wasn't borders but ideals, values & our shared love for Creator which brought us together.

Do not forget when the Jews were targeted and vilified in 1930s Europe, it sounded very normal. No one was outraged. It was all based in 'facts'. Islamophobia is the new anti-Semitism. Say whatever you like about Muslims and get away with it. What a total piece of crap.

According to our scoop, this is the same restaurant that Hamas's spiritual father Izzadin al Qassam visited in 1905. Qassam was heard saying "Qaribun Qaribun" which is Arabic for 'He is near'. Coincidence? Not at all. Corbyn is the hidden Mehdi of extremist Islamists. STOP HIM!

Boris Johnson, a proud British man who is accepted and loved by all, wrote in his daily column in the objective & independent Telegraph "Enough is enough. JC's taking side with supremacist Arab falaflists means one thing only: Hummus is next. That is when we are doomed."

The poisonous stereotypes spewed by the far right has entered the mainstream subconscious thanks to the media. An entire community is vilified & dehumanised. A Muslim can't have mental health issues, everything he does is part of a grand design & motivated by his beliefs.

So the parliament crash incident was declared a terrorist incident within one hour of its occurrence only for investigators to discover otherwise later. Why mental health & life difficulties are last thing we look at when criminal happens to be Muslim?

They attacked an innocent Muslim man, kicked him in face & called him a 'f**** p*** ' but didn't get prison term because they had mental health & life difficulties. Imagine the outcries from the dishonest & disgusting far right if the situation was reverse

3- I believe there is a part in our brain which is responsible for stimulating desire for crappy Middle East analysis. That craving can be killed by reading DC/London based outlets who pass judgements on Middle East 1900s style. Well, one good step would be stopping this.

2- This is a part of a bigger problem of 'how' knowledge about different area studies is produced. And the solution is not there. Part of the solution is being mindful of the fact that the knowledge we have about a country/leader/topic needs to be questioned.

1- The field of Middle Eastern studies is caught up between local experts, insiders if you like, who are too biased to maintain a minimum of objectivity and foreign experts who are either not experts or experts with an Orientalist mindset still not decolonised.
