    The Syrian regime's prisons are a vast network of concentration camps, where torture and murder are endemic. Despite the solid evidence, it's unlikely justice will ever be done, certainly not by an international court.

    ISF have pretty much locked down the cities, but ISIS nocturnal dominance of rural areas in north central Iraq (north SaD, Kirkuk, parts of Ninawa) is really something right now. About 3-4 house raids/bombings per week targeting mukhtars, tribal resistance forces, etc. 1/4
