Regarding your inquiry, when I started crossdressing at age 11 years I would think of my parts as lady parts, but afterwards I would feel ashamed. It was only after I came out of the closet and started dressing en femme openly that I stopped being ashamed of my feminine feelings. I relate my experiences with that in my following post:
