    Pro-YPG sources claim upwards of 100 IDPs and fighters have drowned in Meydankey lake since Efrin fell, including a Turkish soldier a couple weeks back (2 IDPs from Douma reported drowned recently)

    This is the 3rd operation they've carried out in August, after claiming 8 in the month of July. Previous operations have reportedly taken place in Afrin, Idlib, and Euphrates Shield territory.
