    Coercion of this type is a sign of absolute weakness. And just isnt smart policy.

    The real challenge is SWIFT. Need to get very tough with its board, which includes two US banks. One of them is the chairman (Citi). It’s critical.

    Meaningless. But when you add this to the power being turned off for a week in July 2016, the viability of Incirlik as a base for US forces for out of area conflicts has to be questioned.
