    Meaningless. But when you add this to the power being turned off for a week in July 2016, the viability of Incirlik as a base for US forces for out of area conflicts has to be questioned.

    Reminder: Today’sUS-TR meeting is a regularly scheduled working group (WG2), which covers all the non-Syria (Manbij, or WG1) in the US-TR relationship. Brunson is just one issue for one team to talk. Also got S-400 and other stuff.

    . Great scoop. Curious which SDF militia is to blame. Is it the YPG or one of the ancillary militias under the SDF umbrella? If so, are they part of the T&E cadres or a non-T&E cadre allied with the YPG? Cheers
