Another impt thing 2 do on this sad day is think re why so little progress has been made in Sinjar compared 2 other post ISIS areas. While reasons abound I think chief among them is the refusal, inability to make a political deal (mainly Erbil-Baghdad) & utter failure to govern.

If the US @StateDept @USAID & international community want return & reconstruction to minority and all post ISIS liberated areas in #Iraq, they should work on facilitating these political deals, if not, they are pouring water in a sieve.
