        何度も弁護士事務所に行ったりする手間を考えると、この額の黒字でも割に合わないのでは？という声がありましたが、契約書・委任状以外の文書のやりとりはサイボウズLive（グループウェア）でやっており、初回相談時以外、弁護士さんに会いに行く必要はありませんでした。

        心労・手間が大きかったのは運営者特定の前、「自力でメール請求」してた段階なので、着手金がポンと用意できる方は最初から弁護士の方に丸投げした方がいいと思います。相手が「プログラムで自動収集して載せてるだけだから著作権侵害ではない」って言い返してきたりしても、心を乱されなくてすむぞ！

        はい、多少は手間だし元手もいりますが、後に続く人の参考になればと思います　この件の対象はカラーイラスト3枚だけなので、人によってはもっとすごい額になるかもしれません
