        国管理のもと、1人何食までっていう制限かけて、権利譲渡も可ってやり方がうなぎ食べれるし、守れるし、のわかりやすいものなんでしょうけど、うなぎやさんが商売しにくくなっちゃいそうですしね、なかなか単純にはいかない話ですよね
