As a chaser to this, Scorch's ass got banned from the chat but Foxler is still free to Fox Hitler it up.pic.twitter.com/rjMk9V0G9c
That chat just made them out to be a Nazi bootlicker. So ready to silence discourse but allow Nazis in their ranks to do what they wish. Linx is a coward. A complacent coward. So is the rest of Denfur staff.

https://twitter.com/SergalTinker/status/1015478865186119681 … Things were resolved, and I did talk at length with some of the staff involved. I can firmly say that this is not an issue at fault of the majority of them, but instead, a cultural hitch that's still ongoing. It's complicated and I'd rather DM if at all
-
Ayyy thanks for the update. It's just honestly something I tend to move away from if I see folks silencing the voices of the innocent and leaving Nazis to play ball. The few staff that did this I'm sorry, but I'm side eyeing still. Just for my own sanity and protection

I'll be sure my friends know about this, as supporting DenFur in its current state would be a sickeningly bad move. Shame on y'all running it. If this makes you feel poorly, rightfully so. Do better.
-
I'd ascribe this more to naivety over malice - DenFur really is staffed differently than RMFC, and this'd be one of the "standard furry handling protocol" things that just doesn't work when dealing with the Colorado fash who absolutely love these "courtesy first, period" rules
-
Oh exactly. I would also call it the same, but I'm hesitant to only because they were punishing users for speaking out against actual like, neo-nazis being present. Issue is that they were given valid complaints, and instead of taking them out on the nazis, they punished others.
-
Eh. They punished the disturbance. Normally sometimes a justifiable direction to go, except, you know, the disturbance was over a known Nazi punk. More importantly - Inertia overcome. The outcome was actually action, please don't hold the original friction too firmly against them
-
I suppose so. I'm still not 100% gonna support them but I won't hate them I guess. The friction was an issue that shouldn't have been present in the first place, but action toward good is at least somewhat redeeming. Still disappointed but I guess not as much as I would be.
-
I share the sentiment. Foxler is known. I'm.not cool with shutting down the disturbance when the disturbance was someone saying "hey uh...there's Nazis here". That still rubs me the wrong way. These cons know. But I'll back off. They seem to be willing to fix the issue
