I think you would say you have. Given the fact that you have been constantly defending yourself for what you’ve done despite your own claims that what happened (Or rather still Happening given your statement about your art work in another conversation you just had) was wrong.

I would say you don’t know what to do or say because either way someone is going to be upset so you stick to your guns and do what you’ve always done. There isn’t some magical punishment or amount of time that will fix any of this right away. Especially with people going to...

Extremes talking about jail time and death penalties. There isn’t anything “right” you could do or say to fix any of this in everyone’s eyes. You wanna keep doing your same art? That’s fine people with either support or they won’t simple as that.

What just bothers me is your reasoning behind everything. For instance you brought up Age Play earlier when someone mentioned some “taboo” fetishes which can be done among adults with consistent. And while yes adults can do this and have a person act younger that doesn’t mean...

Actual age play with a minor is legal. So when you use that argument it makes no sense. That doesn’t defend your “obligation” to do this kind of art. If anything it makes that obligation non existent.

Long story short (Not really. This has been a lot of replies so sorry) Whether or not you do the art won’t change any of this. Because as it currently stands there isn’t any legal issues or action to be taken. The photos in the conversation were very..creepy to say the least..

and like the dragon gentlemen said we can blame the parents of those kids and photographers as well. And we all know There isn’t any legal action anyone can take against your art. It’s just a matter of losing people, supporters, followers etc. and dealing with all this drama..

I condemn my words and my use of photos when they were not needed. But I stand by the right of artists to draw whatever they want if they're not hurting anyone or doing anything illegal. That's basically all I have to say on the matter, so hopefully we can agree to disagree

If this were drawings of a Human child would it then be okay? Or is this only okay because it distances its self even further from reality by not just being a drawing but also being furry. Forget the conversation between you and cobalt for this and just think..

“If my 11 year old character was human would I still be okay with all this?” Or will it be another counter argument about fantasy and how it doesn’t do anything to anyone despite people speaking out about how it does effect them?

There's plenty of it out there, just look at shadman. He doesn't even keep his projects private. As for degrees of separation, yeah I'd say furry is one step of separation, and two would be how cartoony it is.

Pause. I never asked if there was Art of that sort. I asked you. Would these drawings be okay if the characters were human? And since you mention shadman who has done plenty of NSFW drawings of real life people both adult and children is that suddenly okay?

Not as a reference like you have stated was wrong in the conversation. But actually taking real life people and drawing them this way. Is that okay if the person then takes issue?? Or is it okay because Art is Art either way?

I don’t know if that’s wrong in the legal sense but I would personally not want to do it

And shockingly most people wouldn’t. And most people would state they don’t want to see it. So with that was changes when it’s of a made up character? Is the simple fact that it’s not based on someone now a big enough difference to make the art and say “Yeah I don’t mind”

I don’t use reference while drawing (apart from species, or bodybuilder muscles, or technical contraptions), so my drawing experience is pretty guilt free regarding origination

Again. Not what I asked. I’m not asking about your process or what you do to try and guilt trip you or anything. I don’t want to do that. So again. Would CP art suddenly be okay now that it’s not a real person but an OC.

Legally, yeah, it’s ok. There is a threshold where art gets too close to reality, which is put in place to invalidate real CP that has undergone computer filters, or been traced from illegal content.

This is your 1 and only tweet. Zaush what the hell is with you having all these brand new accounts defending you?
Not to mention 90% of your likes is some brand new account with 5 followers and all they’re tweets about you. Suspicious.
