We've had feedback over the last week that some people are unhappy with our plan to offer up to 14 scholarships to refugees living in the local area. To these people, we would like to say: Tough. Jog on.

There is ZERO evidence for " Terrorists many disguised as women among Syrians" and it is also illogical as ISIS areas were not touched by the offensive so far and are cut-off from the border crossings by a rebel front. But hey! Nice try/lie to reject refugees ...

I've never subscribed to bashing "orientalism",but the recent coverage of ISIS and its endorsement by a few ISIS experts is a gross embodiment of the worst forms of colonialism. When local heroes who endured ISIS are described by Western journalists as "cowards"...

Syria refusing entry to refugees wanting to return home, who face increasing pressure and hostility in host countries. To the European diplos/policy-makers that don't think there will be another wave of refugees - um, you're wrong.

More and more Syrians are reaching out to me & other Israelis they know asking to seek asylum in Israel. This gov't will never allow this. They've abused and detained without trial Christian refugees from non-enemy countries. Taking in Syrians is not an option.
