Hmm, well this is an interesting game plan to say the least. Oh, that's interesting. Why do you need one? Are you interested in setting up a lawsuit against individuals? Just letting you know that any suits you'd be interested in opening would be civil and not legal. as this is America and outside of some very specific things, you are pretty much free to say and do as you will online. Now if you are interested in opening some civil suits, I can be of some advice/assistance at least to the point where I can say "It is worth your time and probability of success." However, you'll need to bring forward a lot of evidence against claimants to warrant a civil case against them that supercedes their Constitutional rights. Essentially, you have to prove that a defendant is acting under malicious intent. Just because someone trolls you online, doesn't grant you the right to sue them; this is America, not England. However; if someone is maliciously slandering/harrasing/spreading libel against you, and you have documented proof of this via email/text+voice logs, then you have enough to say "This person is acting maliciously towards the claimant and we seek restitution in set amount of dollars for reasons including "Emotional pain+suffering/lost production/ etc etc." Oh, and also you can't bait people into maliciously trolling you for the sake of opening a civil suit, that's entrapment and will result in a counter suit by the defendant. When it comes to criminal suits, unless there is evidence of *extravagant harrassment that includes "Fraud/blackmail/personal threats" there really isn't any worth to opening a suit. Someone telling you once or twice online to "Lol kill yourself" is not enough to warrant a criminal suit against the individual, however if someone is emailing you everyday, or [and this is rule of thumb] more than 3 times within a week or 8 times in a month, using threats of violence/blackmail/shaming, then there's really no worth to opening a criminal suit. Now, this is just paralegal advice; you are free to go somewhere else and pursue whatever option you choose. I will tell you this though, if you think you can act on a legal front to ALL not SOME, of Chris' bullies online, then you are going to be laughed at in court, or you are going to be told the same thing I just told you, but longer explained and drawn out so you have to pay high legal advice costs. So, if you are interesting in setting up a civil suit, drop me a line and I'll give you the best legal advice I can give you as per which has the best possible outcome of success that warrants the cost. Keep in mind, if you do this, you have an uphill battle as well, because although you might mean well, Chris at his core, isn't exactly clean and innocent on his end, and this can be used against him.
People watch a 20 minute youtube video and see something like him being tricked into talking to Vanessa Hudgens, or that he thinks he's going to meet with Nintendo executives and make a game, or the countless loves of his life and think that they can be replicated still to this day. They don't think about they countless things that have changed since then and now, the fact that even then the people doing the shit were ultimately incredibly fucked up regardless of how silly it may be to look back on, and that they'll become some internet legend by being the next shitter to get Chris-Chan to freak the fuck out in a video. It's just such weird complex situation where people have literally watched an autistic man grow up and go through so much absurd shit. Like, there's nothing to compare it to really. Other cows like Terry Davis or Russel Greer might have loads of information about them online, that people have sifted through and laughed at plenty, but nothing compares to the monumental amount of information you can see about Chris going back to when he was such a small child. The documentation he did, that heartbreaking letter from Bob that really ended up foreshadowing the shit show Chris' life would become, everything just creates such a surreal package. I'm just rambling to be honest, but yeah, dude just doesn't deserve the shit anymore, not that he ever did. Obviously saddled with a handicap from birth, parents that didn't exactly help things, anything that may have happened at schools, and all the shit from people on the internet is enough. In 2018 if some unoriginal idiots want to try to do the same absolute low effort shit imaginable they deserve to be mocked more than Chris ever did. And all of this isn't to say if anyone ever did manage to get something truly interesting out of the dude in 2018, I wouldn't have a giggle if it truly was funny, but I think it's just not going to be something anyone creates anymore. Chris-Chan shenanigans might occur in the form of a random pepper-spraying or car accident, and we should just leave it at that. And I think it's fine for people to have differing opinions on not just people like Null that take a more active involvement in trying to make things as non-shitty as possible, but also anonymous shitters like me that think dude shouldn't get bothered anymore. The argument that him being coddled lead to where we're at today is obviously valid, it's just far too late to take a grand stand about it.
If null wants to become a white knight then I hope he realizes that he's going to have to be in this for the long haul because Chris is never going to get better
You're right! Chris never learn his lessons. Don't listen to people who try to help him etc People have said worse things to Chris and about Chris than the person who just mail him. Yet Chris is the one who say "kill yourself" I am not on anybody's side. I have my opinions. Troll him like Cash and Bluespike crossed the boundaries especially blue spike.
I find this all very wholesome. Null adopts/manages Chris, keeps a roof over his head and helps organize his output, which makes everyone happy. Could hopefully get more content like the Dankula stream and hopefully Chris sticks to his word and comes back here under a new account. Maybe even get more Q&As. I don't want to see him suffer anymore really, I get my laughs when he is in a good mood and spouting rambly nonsense. So yeah, this is all very nice and its embarrassing to start flapping your ass checks because an autistic manchild might not end up homeless.
They don’t apply to Christine. Name one court outcome that ruled against her and taught her a lesson.
https://sonichu.com/cwcki/CWC_Lego_Manchester_High_School_Oct_18_2013 Chris doesn't get free money from the government. Chris doesn't get welfare, for example. Chris receives SSDI, which is an insurance program. Like life insurance or health insurance, you have to pay into the program to get coverage. SSDI covers the worker, and possibly their spouse or children who become crippled before they're adults. Had Bob gotten crippled, he would be receiving the SSDI checks. But only because he paid into the system. If he got crippled and didn't work any, he wouldn't collect anything. I think this is important to keep in mind: Chris isn't leeching off of the government, he's collecting a benefit that Bob rightfully earned. (SSI on the other hand is just leeching off of the government.) There's no way for Chris to prevent being fucked with online, short of simply not using the internet in the first place. Let's do the math: let's say Chris gets really good at manually reading troll emails and he can spot 99% of the troll emails off the bat. But if he gets 5000 troll emails in a year, that still leaves 50 troll emails that get through. That's 50 opportunities for people to fuck with him, to pretend to be rosechu, to get him to send them money, etc. The problem is that Chris is on a fixed income and he's getting many, many opportunities to make money online. Telling Chris to stay offline entirely is telling him to forgo a large amount of money, especially when almost all of his purely internet experiences since Bob died have been mostly profitable for him. You're having to tell Chris to give up the virtually certain (large amounts of money) for what seems to be very uncertain (him getting fucked with again). That's legitimately a hard sell to make. Now the ideal solution would be for someone to act as a middleman for Chris' business ventures online. They filter out the tards, Chris gets money for legitimate video requests and stuff like that, and everyone's happy. And that's precisely what null's doing. Chris manages his money pretty well by "I have no ambition in life other than to get drunk on pbr every weekend" trailer park standards. I explained his financial situation in more depth here. Extortion above a certain dollar amount is a felony. And this is a federal case because it crosses state lines.
What happened to just letting Chris be Chris? Every time Chris has had some sort of manager we get shitty content
I liked how you defined it on another occasion long ago as Chris being "the kind of guy who would buy second hand socks"
If I'm asking for a federal prosecutor I'm obviously not opening up a civil suit you fucking moron. how pathetic
Get Christine to go to autism speaks/autism advocacy programs and ask them for legal council and/or help. Those autism lawyers don't fuck around, and might help him further on.
Already did that. Here's a surprising fact: Chris is the most useful and competent person in his entire life. Everyone else is somehow completely useless.
Kiwifarms logic : boogie2988 is an obese cancerous tumor on society manipulating the masses on a grand scale and he should be shot Also Kiwifarms logic : Chris Chan is an adorable precious fluffball and we must do all we can to ensure the spaces between his toes never become clammy because he's so damn lovable oh dear god whatever you do please don't rate my post autistic or a.log, I would hate to have this forum's inconsistent logic ridiculed, that would just ruin my day
Sad to hear, but homegurl might get her justice one day. Here is a decent link for services: http://ascv.org/resources/resource-directory/legal/ This link might help him as well: http://dlcv.org/aboutus/ The DLCV is a Virginia branch of a national disability group who gets federal funds to help those with disabilities.
What will Chris do when Barb dies? That question isn't the same as "What will happen when Barb dies?" Is the lack of a companion to talk to, to take care of, to do errands for, etc. going to finally make Chris snap and out of fear of complete boredom during a day-to-day life without his parents, he's going to want a job. Even if its just doing reviews like bubba Cole.
In a surprising turn of events KF becomes the CWC Protect Squad. But since Chris is the pet lolcow its understandable I guess. And if he has more time to make videos about being half-sonichu-half-pony and 100% it could be nice.
For those who are angry at Chris for "leeching government money" or "getting 'free' money from Patreon" whatever, do you all think Chris can still get a job in 2018?
