  天才教育していない日本の暗記型平等教育の弊害。欧米に追い抜かれていく。脳の演算能力の低い人が勉強しても８ビットＣＰＵが６４ビットＣＰＵに勝てないのと同じで無意味。高性能ＣＰＵの人間だけを特進教育しないと日本は負け続ける。
