I would guess you need more polling data to know the answer to "which is more undemocratic" but yeah of course the WTO and trade deals are laughably undemocratic by design and definition. But I took the og tweet as referring to the (functionally rigged) SCOTUS ruling...

I think if the SCOTUS saga alone happened in e.g. Turkey we would write here about how an ascendant radical right faction is seizing power, but here it's taken as more or less standard politics, I think that's the spirit of it.
