Was actually someone else’s drawing of a unicorn on hidden Tesla sketch pad app & we gained no financial benefit. Have asked my team to use a diff example going forward. He can sue for money if he wants, but that’s kinda lame. If anything, this attention increased his mug sales.
It’s a direct copy of his work. And every element that goes into building the Tesla financially benefits you.

Unfortunately you cant do shit if someone at tesla has drawn the pic. It may be a copy but its their work, not the creators. Think of movie reviews, song remixes, half the content on youtube. It’s all the same story and u cant do jack all about it :)

He said he’d use a different image from now on. I understand fully that using artwork copied almost exactly from an uncredited source is plagiarism and unfair, but occasionally these things happen and I doubt that Tesla had malicious intent. At least the plagiarism won’t continue
