    Those who call out for finalization of of rule have malicious intentions against : MHP leader Devlet before elections. Didn't change his mind since then.

    Complaints about the level of destruction in Raqqa don't address what the alternative means of getting ISIS out of the city was. Once ISIS made the decision to fight for the city, and prepared the city for the fight, high levels of destruction were inevitable.
