    There were fears, and one could detect the beginnings of it last night, that something really nasty was in the offing for if the opposition rejected the election results. Surely there will be more reporting on the irregularities, but Ince has helped put a cap on things.

    I've reported from several war zones and I've never seen anything like this. Sixty to 70 percent of the city is destroyed. The US claims 21 civilians were killed. I met first responders who unearthed that many from just a single building. Hundreds or thousands were likely killed.
