    CHP is like the lazy student who knows he is gonna fail the exam but makes a scene on exam day to cover his ass. CHP will never ever win an election in Turkey. plain and simple.

    44% of all votes counted. HDP has 9.3%. With more ballot boxes from Izmir and Istanbul, HDP is very likely to pass the electoral threshold.

    These aren’t surprising results are all. If they seem surprising to you, it’s because you get your Turkey analysis from so-called experts who discovered Turkey is a country not a bird last thanksgiving. Those guys are the real losers of the election, as always.

    Demirtas has won in more provinces than Ince. Ince has won in 5 coastal provinces & Tunceli, but Demirtas has won in 7 Kurdish provinces. Erdogan is leading in 68 provinces.

    Let me share a secret about Turkish elections with you: if the very preliminary results showed Erdogan in the 58-65% band, he’ll win in 1st round. Why? Becoz vote counts starts from Eastern & central provinces. It gets down to 50-52% by the time it arrives Western/Coastal cities.

    CHP's Muharrem Ince will be watching election results from in front of the Turkish Electoral Commission. Sounds bit odd to me. As if CHP is preparing itself to stage protests if they did not like the results.
