    AP should really know better. Reminder, AGAIN, that in the past three votes Erdogan's/AKP's percentage kept decreasing as counting went on.

    BREAKING: Turkish president Erdogan is winning re-election with 56.5 percent of the vote and more than half of ballots counted.

    I met quite a few CHP supporters today who voted tactically for the HDP in parliament to ensure they'll pass the threshold. Even met one ex-MHP supporter (!) who voted for Aksener and HDP.

    The HDP reaching 10 percent is key - makes it likely that Erdogan's AKP will lose its parliamentary majority.

    Even with the cherrypicked results reported by Anadolu, one thing already seems clear -- the HDP is on pace to clear 10 percent.

    Reminder that statements/predictions based on current results released (at 25% of ballots opened) are likely to be premature, given the previous track record:

    Here is official state news agency’s track record of reporting AKP votes in 3 last elections: kicking of in average 25% above the final results!!

    First results in - keep in mind that they will change as counting goes on. E.g. in referendum gap between Yes and No kept getting narrower and narrower.
