While I will definitely agree that riz should ignore them there is a benefit on calling them out. Shows everyone else their true nature.
Stop talking to people who continually accuse you of lying or scamming. There is no point. They don't want proof, they want to feel better than you by yelling at you. Given that you've just been through a suicide attempt, that's really shit of them.

I'm also seeing a LOT of accounts with low numbers of followers, which is an indication of a shitposting/trolling/general drama account. But not all of them are here for such purposes, of course. (3)
