Thank you! The problem with us, the ex employees of Tesla is that we are forced to sign a Binding Arbitration Agreement included in the offer letter. So even if I can prove that Tesla lied under oath I have NO options for any appeal even if the arbitrator ignored the evidence!
The courts & government haven't caught up yet with the idea that companies set out to commit fraud and should NOT be protected by arbitration agreements. I'm pulling for you!!!! Hopefully media attention will help your case.-Melayna
