My long story short at Tesla: 1. I loved Tesla 2. I saw some bad things 3. I reported them 4. I got demoted and humiliated 5. I told my VP I will go to Elon 6. He asked me to give him a chance and he will fix it 7. For a month nothing happened besides the harassment I’ve got
8. My entire team stood by me when I decided I waited enough and I’ll go to Elon 9. Same VP asked me to meet again, but this time with the entire team... 10. I’ve heard things in that meeting that were even worse then my situation 11. My VP promise he will fix everything...
12. He did: he gathered all the managers we all complained about and with the help and HR and Legal they start the plan how to frame me. (Emails shows it) 13. Everything was going according to the plan up to the point 14. HR and legal did their job with me
15. I was threatened I will regret this if I don’t stop with the request for the internal investigation 16. I said NO 17. All the people from the meeting start being threatened on 1x1 meetings 18. They even sent emails to the same VP for that matter
19. I was told I have their faith in my hands if I don’t leave Tesla 20. I couldn’t believe it and I sent an email to our dear CEO 21. A few days later I was out of Tesla 22. A few days after that I emailed Elon Musk again to let him know about the evidence I’ve got
23. Nothing happened in regards to my emails to Elon Musk more then his lawyers telling I’ll never get the truth if Elon knows or not, because their job is to keep his plausible deniability intact... and they did a got job 24. I start a lawsuit with Tesla
My main request after settlement over settlement from Tesla’s part I asked for something that was not monetary: I wanted to know if Elon Musk knew and listened to my recordings! I never got the answer so I never settle... The rest of the story will follow!

This is horrible how they treated you. Unfortunately many corps are filled with sleazebags who will try to take credit for your work and throw you under the bus to sustain/elevate their position. Thanks for sharing your story.
Thank you! You should wait and see the evidence and the recordings! Than you will see how horrible the things really are... Is not easy to be a whistleblower against a company that owns the KOOL-Aid recipe!
What were the “bad things” toowhich you are referring?
Just curious, those design flaws you mentioned in 2014, were they addressed and fixed?
