It's some sort of art community thing. @EntropicVoid is an "artist" (they have an Artstation, claim to be working on commercial projects). their attack on Rizzydraws was over how Rizzy drew hands in their pieces. EntropicVoid's other targets are also motivated w/ art as a basis.
