Yes he definitely does, probably among the top 5 who have access. But he embellishes plenty and has little journalism ethics.

Not sure I could agree with your latter statement but that isn’t the point. I look to sources who are consistent with a proven track record. In my view I’ve yet to see Eli be proven wrong in his short or long term claims. Have I missed something?

Would be interesting if they are actually involved but i don't see why that would happen considering they didn't participate in neither of the last several battles, mainly ghouta. Would be risky and pointless escalation.
