Probably a safety violation for not having a sprinkler system on a production line that has the potential for fires. Definitely not a permanent structure without all the necessary safety systems.

Depends on which version of NFPA the fire department is using and some interpretation on the type of structure that is. General industry OSHA, all sorts of issues from trips/falls, electrical housekeeping etc
