Seeing an awful lot of posts about kiddie diddlers today... ...WHAT NOW, FURRY TWITTER?

but it’s equally concerning how many people are out there defending it bc of popularity, and how many people are outraged at this discussion happening at all bc they don’t want this material to be questioned, they think as furries we’re obligated to let anything/everything slide
-
As seen in years of previous polls, but it seems like when it comes to cub/loli/shota art, at least 3 out of 4 "furries" are desiring it to being comfortable with it being in the fandom, less in 1 in 4 want to see it out right banned. The majority is happy with cub art.

lmao. I would love to see “studies” that say 3/4 of furries think drawn child porn is fine. If you’re lumping nonsexual cub art in to get that claim to fly that’s even more disingenuous, many people use nonsexual cub art/roleplay as escapism and it does no demonstrable harm

website polling is not an unbiased metric btw
-
polling is matching what you are saying: "I can't believe there is so much support for it"
-
WHERE? WHERE IS THE POLL THEN? Who took it? What polling platform? By what methodology did they sample? you can’t just pull these things out of your ass and not back them up
-
Users will toss up a open poll (unscientific of course), seen on both on pro and anti sides and generally always they skew towards acceptance. But the way these (unscientific) polls trend align with your disbelieve of mass acceptance.
-
what the fuck are you smoking. Twitter polls are the ultimate in self selection and nonresponse biases, take it from someone with experience in research statistics, you CANNOT possibly expect to draw conclusions about the whole damn furry fandom from someone’s twitter poll-
