Artist may have drawn age-undefined art piece. No hard proof, just an assumption as it looks very close to their art style. Even if they did draw it, again, age not defined. Lots of assumptions and logic jumps.

I'm astonished that none of the torch-wielders seem to have discovered that IB is a thing yet? They'd go into meltdown, unless it's ONLY the high-profile, 'famous' artists that they're targeting; i.e., those who actually earn a living from art.
-
Oh they have. And people quickly pointed out that not everyone using it is in to cub and you can BLOCK keywords (shock horror they made assumptions again).

"actual" .. not annual. lol so yea.
-
So basically, people who can't tell the difference between reality and fantasy are on the warpath again.
-
truthfully. I think they feel both emboldened by how they were able to bully their friends over Zaush while feeling equally indignation they weren't able to do anything beyond that (FA/IMVU, Patreon, etc) So they are having to resort to disingenuous shock tactics with tacklebawx

Funnily enough a lot of those people saying "cub is actual child porn" and such are into feral art. But hey, the same logic jump need not be applied because they are the "good guys". Hypocrisy is amazing.

Also, guilt by association. Once again following an account must make you just as "bad" as the person (forgetting that A. People live in different timezones, B. Some people are unactive on Twitter, C. Some people follow those they actively disagree with).
-
D. some people don't follow the people that would get them caught up on the latest furry drama, E. They might have just missed it even if they do
-
And D kind of misses the original point of following is guilt by association. You would have to follow them to even have people come for you. Unless they start going for anyone with a "Erdõs/Bacon" number of 5 or less at this rate. E kind of links to A and B.
-
Sorry I wasn't so clear on D. What I meant was they are following the problem person but not following anyone who is saying they are a problem person. They all sort of link to A and B but I think it's worth highlighting the many ways the association can occur
-
Oh, please don't take it as a knock of what you were saying! Glad to juat not be attacked (yet) for going against the hive mind. :p
-
The problem in a more general sense is people mistaking dealing with problematic people in the fandom with the need to feel they are doing something. This leads to judging people on tenuous links rather than any context of those links.
-
Sure you can absolutely judge someone by the company they keep but do so after some critical thinking of the criteria you're applying.
