He already touched on it. Basically what he did can’t be prosecuted by law, despite many people wishing the laws worked differently. In short, immoral isn’t always illegal.

That's not exactly what I said. I said it can be technically illegal and there have been prosecutions based off of such works, but they are legally murky with no consensus at the moment and are rarely pursued.
