It amazes me that the same people who trashed the Iran deal—a deal literally written with countless verification & compliance measures because the West assumed Iran would try to violate it—are now celebrating North Korea's vague, non-binding "pledge" that recycles 1990s language.

Spoken like someone who hasn't read the deal. What guarantee? That with Iran's permission in 30 days you could do an inspection of a facility they'll clear out in days? This is step towards ending 70 years of war. If that upsets you then you've proven to be evil.

You seem to have no clue on how nuclear enrichment works and you obviously have no clue about the NK regime and how their whole system is depending on the war going on. The Iran deal was something, the NK "deal" is nothing.

The only people who buy into his lies and BS are those who lack brains and an inability to think for themselves while blaming others for what happens to them. This is why.

I read in Monday's New Yorker that a Trump insider admitted the NK meeting was set up only to carry the GOP to the midterms and nothing more, so it could have been a page ripped from a yearbook saying they'd be in touch over the summer for all we know.

Are you advocating for sending hundreds of billions of dollars to North Korea? What are you doing?

Did u see any jet full of cash ferried into North Korea at the dawn of the night? Hell No. Did you see any person from the WH pressure U.S banks to allow NK use the Dollar? No. So it is not even close in comparison, the Iran Deal was a disaster that need to be inside the toilet

"Trump and Kim" The complet show was nothing, but hot air…. and the only winner is #NorthKorea with his dictator. But the so-called president loves dictators more, than the "old allies"... Trump is the biggest mistake in american history !pic.twitter.com/2M2lhncxYf

Simples. North Korea doesn't have $ gazillions of US oil & gas under their land & does have nukes.

Mind you, Kim has also been rather ecumenical in his nuclear threats, concentrating on the US, but liberally menacing everyone else. Iran instead has a policy of driving Israelis into the sea, and it's putting its money where its mouth is. or rather, the #EU's cash.

Iran is doing nothing of the kind & has not done for decades. Bellicose threats from IRGC served as a distraction for kleptocracy while Israel's bellicosity served as a distraction from what is a real estate play

Yes, that's how you see it, and it's also possible that it's how I see it. BUT, I cannot but remember an Asimov quote. "HE thought he was lying. but in reality, what he said was true"
