    Suspected ISIS sleeper cells in Idlib are getting bolder, having beheaded 3 HTS members in their infamous "orange jumpsuit" execution (not sharing additional graphical image), along with 2 other HTS members killed, one found hanging by a bridge in Ariha, other dumped by the road.
