    the fact that the US can't find a place for the Alawites, even in their statements, is a disgusting form of sectarianism and say everything about the US bad intentions towards an entire religious group .. a reminder Alawites are the biggest minority in Syria

    In parallel to these military operations, we will seek to reinvigorate efforts to forge a political settlement in Syria that honors the will of all Syrians, including Sunni Arabs, Kurds, Christians, Turkmen, and other minorities. 4/5

    HTS and other al-Qaeda-linked groups are trying to impose a new policy, under which they will attack al-Fu'ah and Kafriya on regular bases, this attempt will not be tolerated, all options are on the table, including a military operation to break the siege of the tow towns.
