"No proof of the character being under 18". First of all: If the character portrayed, is in the setting where they were shown to be a kid, then there is no need for proof. Second, you need proof that the character is ABOVE 18 in said image. NOT THE OTHER WAY AROUND.
Unless stated separately in the description, that the character that in the source material is shown to be a minor, is portrayed as an adult in the uploaded artwork, then you will ALWAYS work under the assumption that the character is as they were in the original source: A MINOR.
