    You cannot take conclusions from reports like this one, without knowing the context in which events took place. The *only* 2 examples used described x2 U.S.-backed groups (Jaish al-Nasr & the New Army) who lost weapons to … why? Because they were **fighting ISIS.**

    The evidence is overwhelming but the best resource on this is by , which is supported by the EU and German Foreign Office.
