These weren't placed by the police or any other official authority. These signs were placed by a printing company, on order of Ahrar Sharqiya, which does not have official executing power in Afrin.

Official authority like this guy?https://twitter.com/syrianzo/status/1001734452505083904?s=21 …

One guy doesn't make an official authority. One former PKK-member in the YPG doesn't make the YPG the same as PKK either, does it?

My point was not about who put the posts there. My point was that those she call “Efrin police”, are neither from Efrin, nor police. And in any case, what the rebels generally do Efrin is far worse then putting up posts..

Officially the only police in Syria is the pro-government police. We can call the Asayish police too. There is not much point in discussing about terms like these, because this is about areas in which the official government has no such institutions.

What makes you think they are not from Efrin? Note that I'm not attacking you, nor supporting this 'Efin police' group in any way. Just want to get the facts above the table
-
Seriously? Hundreds of thousands of Afrinites were forced to flee, the “rebels”/jihadists commit abuses on daily basis and settled thousands of non-Afrinitis in town and besides a few token Kurds no “rebel” group in Afrin is from Afrin and those trained are not locals.
-
And furthermore, if we talk about Asayish in Qamishlo, or let’s say Kobane, they are largely made up of locals and have popular support.

this person actually considers herself to be morally superior to those she considers "apologists for Assad". Gross.
