And Rubio didnt kill the funding. The money was allocated but HHS raided the funds to pay for the rest of Obamacare. The house only killed the process of allocating funds from other departments to pay for HHS programs

After having knee surgery, I did an assessment of my medical costs. Doctor visits, MRI scans, surgery, medication, physical therapy, and other misc. costs = $15k Under the current
#Obamacare law and after insurance kicked in, I ended up paying a whopping...$0! Thanks Obama! -
