    Amazing growth, congrats! But could you please slow down to inspect each of those vehicles in detail, instead of passing off poor quality as product, and forcing your paying customers and service centers to deal with it? 19 service centre visits in 7 months is NOT acceptable.

    Faulty side-mirror on my brand new 100D. I guess safely checking before changing lanes is too much to ask at this price point. Would it hurt to inspect your cars prior to delivery?

    I continue to have yellow tint / white balance issues on the dash display of my brand new 100D. I was told by service that “this is normal” and “wait for a software fix”. So many compromises. This isn’t what I was sold on.

    I identified keyfob issues when performing my delivery inspection, and was told that the trunk was opening by itself because something in my pocket was pressing the button on the fob. Two service visits later, and it turned out to be a faulty keyfob. Ugh!

    I paid $6600 for “premium audio” and features in my 100D, but can’t even listen to music. This is part of the daily struggle of Tesla ownership. Must be time for my weekly service visit, and another replacement of a faulty part.

    I was sold on auto-presenting door handles by . Unfortunately, they often don’t work. According to service, this is a very common issue, and replaced my keyless entry module. Why aren’t these things being found before delivery?

    sales told me how I can use the “Summon” feature to easily get my car out from my garage. Unfortunately it has never ever worked. I only get disconnected. “Zero Emissions?” Yes. “Zero Compromises?” Hell no! So many issues.

    Display artifacts on my brand new 100D just a week after delivery. I’ve been told to wait for a software fix for this. How much longer should I wait? How are vehicles delivered with issues like this? So frustrating.

    I paid $6000+ for autopilot, but I can’t use it safely because my navigation system isn’t working and restricts my speed to unsafe slower limits on the highway. One of many service visits to try to fix this broken

    Push to talk seems like a good feature, if it actually worked. I’ve experienced this issue in my 100D and two loaners now. How can deliver vehicles to customers like this?! Are there any quality inspections done?!

    Apparently you can drive your even when it’s off, and won’t turn on. Who needs a speedometer or gear indicator while driving? Every day of Tesla ownership is a new surprise, followed by a service centre visit.

    My brand new didn’t come with an owner’s manual. Is there any quality assurance testing done prior to delivery? How can simple things like this be overlooked?

    I was told to reboot my car to fix the black rear view camera issue. No matter how many times I reboot, it still happens. How much am I paying to beta test your vehicles? Where’s the quality? Very disappointing .
