    So it looks like it’s taken 17 years for both sides to agree to put the word “Northern” before and resolve perhaps the craziest Balkan dispute of them all

    election board will move ballot boxes in 19 provinces, mainly in -majority southeast, for “security reasons”. says some voters will now have to vote 5km from home, up to 270,000 could be disenfranchised & it’s a way of stopping party reaching 10% threshold
