    YPG reaches crude oil for refined-fuel deal with Syrian gov on oil from the Al-Omar oilfield -- one of the largest in Deir ez-Zor province. The YPG will give 100 barrels of oil from the field to the Syrian gov in return for 75 barrels of fuel.
