Could you elaborate on this? I can't come up with any, possible or even plausible way for a drawing to "cause harm". The only stretch I can come up with is: Were you somehow being used as the pencil? Was your blood the ink? I have so many questions.

I definitely agree that actual, real children don't belong in sexual scenarios, ever. However, things that only exist on paper being equated to and given the same level of attention as "real children", I think, is better described as "absurd" than anything else.
