    wants the position of Iraqi President, but they dont open Kirkuk-Erbil, & still call Kirkuk occupied, still they talk re independence, call main PUK leaders traitors for losing Kirkuk. PMF & Iraqi Army r occupiers yet they do anything to meet Al-Ameri & Al-Abadi in Baghdad.

    Zebari hates Iraqi parliament more than any as it was this parliament impeached this "corrupt" man. He was enjoying the position of Finance Minister of Iraq, but this parliament sent him back to Erbil. After blindly supporting Barzani's referendum, he loves to return to Baghdad.

    Iraqi Parliament calls for manual recount of 10% of the votes, if there's 25% difference of manual recounting w/ the electronic counting, then all the votes should undergo manual recounting. Seems the protesting Iraqi political sides r so confident that the votes were rigged.
