ALP2PMX is a tool to convert Love Death models to MMD models, PMX format.
Remember: Love and Death FINAL! is a Hentai game (+18). If this product offends you, do not use.
Honestly, I only have this game only for MMD use. The models are so cute!
Have sure your computer is all in japanese

You also can use AppLocale if you want.

2. Save the girl, give a name to her.

3. Open ALP2PMX
4. Drag the .alp file to the ALP2PMX. (C:\TEATIME\らぶデスFINAL!/save/AllPack)

5. Convert the .alp file to TGA files and MQO,TGA files.

6. Now, convert the ALP file to ODF.

7. And ODF to PMX.

8. And TA-DA! Here's the model!

It comes with a lot of facial expressions.
"Runtime error '13': Type mismatch" at the last option (ODF→PMX or ALP→PMX)...
I've tried with both the "original" Applocale (which I already had), the "new" one you posted and two Japanese virtual machine (running Windows 2000 and XP). I've tried installing VB6 Runtime on both systems, placed the ALP2PMX folder content inside the game's root folder (on the physical machine), changing every options in the software, with no luck.
Did you manage to run it? If so, how? I'm starting to loose patience T^T
EDIT: the error is "Runtime error '13': Type mismatch" at the last option (ODF→PMX or ALP→PMX) on the Windows 8.1 laptop and "Runtime error '9'" on the virtual computers.

It can help a lot ^^
EDIT: it seems that the error differ if I try not to use the AppLocale thing: I get an "Runtime error 9" when trying to run it with the Japanese locale alone and a "Runtime error 13" when I try with the Applocale emulator. I've also reinstalled VisualBasic 6.0 in Japanese, and this time the errors are all in Japanese but still there.
