    I am completely convinced that the video is not from Syria and the people in it they are definitely not speaking arabic nor Syrians. Its an interrogation video and both the suspect and interrogators they are understanding each other's language.

    OPCW says chlorine was likely used as a chemical weapon in the rebel-held Syrian town of Saraqib on Feb 4. Chemicals appeared to have been released from cylinders "by mechanical impact". No blame attributed as this is not within the organisation's mandate.
