Not Chicago-Fox has failed u again. But since you mentioned Chicago, its neighboring states have lax gun laws where straw purchases happen; those guns get into Chicago. Perhaps the NRA should let ATF computerize gun records so crimes can be solved. NRA fears: computers & children
