  13. Remember that despite the pro-Abadi narratives in Washington, Abadi actually gave everything to the PMFs or was easily steered/played by them. Several times, from the PMFs law, to Kirkuk, to the pre-election alliance etc.

  14. Why would the others align with Abadi is obvious the question. Why not Hadi al-Ameri. Other than the alternative of Abadi aligning with other factions or alienating all other countries, Fateh & SOL can still dominate the process with Abadi heavily dependent on them.
