Technically speaking dragoneer you're still not completely Scot free from being sued because you are showing implicit bias against a group, it doesn't matter if it's "your company" or "my guidelines" there have been numerous cases of people losing suits because their guidelines

Then tell me why I can go to various accounts, detailing the images that I stated above, images which violate actually violate policies that were previously stated and even some you just stated when referring to why you won't ban "antifa" accounts. That's bias

I'm just giving you advise you either unban everyone or you could potentially face lawsuits from people who think that you are acting upon bias, and trust me they have evidence because the accounts that have the art and threats (which I stated above) are still in tact

Or you follow through and only ban people violating the policy only on YOUR website, you can ban them for shit they do on their but not for what they say on let's say here

For example I could say a bunch of racist shit on here but since I'm not on your website I'm not violating YOUR policy, so if you banned me it would be unjust.
