    Interesting - 's Gina Haspel helped coordinate capture of Ahmed Salameh Mabruk in in mid-1998. His laptop, seized at the time, was described as “the Rosetta Stone of Al-Qaeda.” He was rendered to ; released in 2011 & arrived in 2015; killed in Oct 2016.
